Hospitals, as healthcare institutions, not only focus on medical services but also must provide comprehensive non-medical services. One of the important components in non-medical services is the logistics unit, which plays a strategic role in supporting the smooth operation of the hospital by ensuring the timely provision of goods and equipment in the right quantity and quality. Good logistics service quality not only affects the work efficiency of healthcare personnel but also has a direct impact on the quality of patient care. The satisfaction of healthcare staff as internal users is strongly influenced by the completeness, accuracy, and readiness of non-medical logistics. When logistics are well-managed, staff can work more optimally and deliver the best possible care to patients. However, in practice, issues such as delays in distribution and unavailability of urgent (cito) items are still frequently encountered, which can affect user satisfaction and reduce service quality.
