As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Article writing is adjusted to the writing guidelines that have been determined by the publisher.

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

  1. General Requirements

    The minimum standard requirements of Kosala : Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan must be :

    1. Written in Indonesian Language.
    2. The length of the submitted paper is no more than 10 pages. Editors will evaluate if the paper needs more than 10 pages.
    3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting.
    4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Template Kosala : Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan
    5. References. A minimum of 10 references consist of books and scientific journals. published last 10 years

      4. Abstract, written in Indonesian Language and English is between 150 and 250 words, containing the background, objectives, subject research, methods, results and conclusions. Keywords are 2-6 words.

    1. Manuscript is computer typed with Microsoft Word (.doc), Arial typeface of 11 pt., single spaced, and approximately 12-20 pages length. Paper size is A4 with margins of 2cm.

      Content of table  : 9 pt
    2. Manuscript must clearly include:
      1. Tittle (brief and clear, no more than 15 words)
      2. Author’s full name, without tittles
      3. Affiliated institutions
    3. Writing of chapter and sub chapter must follow the sequence as follows:
      1. LEVEL 1 (UPPERCASE, Bold, Centered)
      2. Level 2 (UPPERCASE, Bold, Left Indented)
      3. Non-Indonesian words are  written  in italic
