TINJAUAN KEPUASAN USER REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DI INSTALASI RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT PANTI WALUYO YAKKUM SURAKARTA DENGAN METODE EUCS

Abstract

Kepuasan user rekam medis elektronik di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Yakkum Surakarta sudah cukup baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam penggunaannya. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi downtime sistem dan maintenance tidak terjadwal yang berpotensi menghambat pelayanan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meninjau tingkat kepuasan user terhadap sistem RME di instalasi rawat inap RS Panti Waluyo Yakkum Surakarta menggunakan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan user masuk dalam kriteria "Puas" untuk empat dimensi, yaitu keakuratan (accuracy) dengan persentase 50%, ketepatan waktu (timeliness) sebesar 45%, isi (content) sebesar 44%, dan kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use) sebesar 39%. Sementara itu, dimensi tampilan (format) mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan dengan kriteria "Cukup Puas" dengan persentase 45%. Kesimpulan, user RME di instalasi rawat inap RS Panti Waluyo Yakkum Surakarta secara umum merasa baik dalam penilaian berdasarkan dimensi isi, keakuratan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu. Namun, pada aspek tampilan (format) mendapatkan nilai cukup puas dikarenakan bentuk laporan belum lengkap informasi yang diisi oleh pengguna RME di sistem SIMRS.

User satisfaction with electronic medical records at Panti Waluyo Yakkum Hospital, Surakarta, is quite good, but there are still obstacles in its use. The obstacles faced include system downtime and unscheduled maintenance that have the potential to hinder patient services. The purpose of this study was to review the level of user satisfaction with the EMR system in the inpatient installation of Panti Waluyo Yakkum Hospital, Surakarta, using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction fell into the "Satisfied" criteria for four dimensions, namely accuracy with a percentage of 50%, timeliness of 45%, content of 44%, and ease of use of 39%. Meanwhile, the display dimension (format) received a satisfaction level with the criteria of "Quite Satisfied" with a percentage of 45%. In conclusion, RME users at the inpatient unit of Panti Waluyo Yakkum Hospital, Surakarta, generally felt good in the assessment based on the dimensions of content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness. However, in the display (format) aspect, the score was quite satisfactory because the report format was incomplete information filled by RME users in the SIMRS system.
