PENGARUH KUALITAS HIDUP LANSIA TERHADAP RISIKO ELDERLY ABUSE: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META ANALYSIS

Abstract
Latar belakang: Negara Indonesia saat ini mulai memasuki periode aging population. Diproyeksikan tahun 2035 mencapai 48,2 juta jiwa 15,77%, lebih tinggi dari angka global pada angka 28,8 juta (11,34%) dari total populasi penduduk dunia. Kelompok lansia cenderung terjadi penurunan kualitas hidup terkait masalah fisik, sosial dan ekonomi yang rentan terhadap kekerasan (abuse) dari orang lain. Identifikasi faktor risiko ederly abuse merupakan langkah penting untuk menurunkan risiko ederly abuse. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kualitas hidup lansia dengan risiko elderly abuse berdasar studi literatur. Subyek dan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Systematic Review dengan basis data Science Direct, Google schoolar dan PubMed menggunakan program Harzing’s Publish or Peris. Medical Subject Heading (Mesh) “risk factors” yang dikombinasikan dengan “Elderly Abuse” OR “elderly negelct” OR “elderly maltreatment”. Meta analisis menggunakan program MedCalc Statistic Seri 22. Hasil penelitian(1). Bentuk Elderly Abuse kekerasan fisik, kekerasan seksual, kekerasan psikologis, kekerasan finasial dan penyalahgunaan fasilitas lansia (2) Kualitas hidup lansia yang rendah merupakan faktor risiko Elderly Abuse (OR:5,360;p:<0,001;CI:1,327-1,839). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas hidup lansia yang rendah meningkatkan risiko elderly abuse.

Background: Indonesia is currently starting to enter a period of population aging. It is projected that in 2035 it will reach 48.2 million people, 15.77%, higher than the global figure of 28.8 million (11.34%) of the world's total population (Central Statistics Agency, 2021). The elderly group tends to experience a decline in quality of life related to physical, social and economic problems and is vulnerable to violence (abuse) from other people. Identifying risk factors for derly abuse is an important step to reduce the risk of derly abuse. The purpose of this study was to Identify impact quality of life of elderly on risk factors for elderly abuse based on literature studies. Subject and method: this research is Systematic Review with the Science Direct database, Google schoolar, and PubMed using the Harzing's Publish or Peris program. Medical Subject Heading (Mesh) "risk factors" combined with "Elderly Abuse" OR "elderly neglect" OR "elderly maltreatment". Meta analysis using the MedCalc Statistics Series 22 program. The results (1). Forms of Elderly Abuse physical violence, sexual violence, psychological violence, financial violence, and abuse of elderly facilities (2) Elderly Abuse risk factors are the quality of life of the elderly (OR:5.360;p:<0.001;CI:1.327-1.839). Conclusion: the low quality of life of the elderly increased the risk factors for Elderly Abuse.
