HUBUNGAN STATUS GIZI DAN USIA DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL

Abstract
Anemia kehamilan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor risiko yaitu usia, jumlah paritas, tingkat pendidikan, status sosial ekonomi keluarga dan status gizi ibu. Dampak anemia dalam kehamilan yaitu peningkatan risiko abortus, bayi lahir prematur, terjadinya gangguan pada pertumbuhan janin, berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR), bayi lahir dengan anemia dan peningkatan risiko perdarahan pada ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahuinya hubungan status gizi dan usia dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi. Sampel penelitian adalah 57 data yang diambil dari register ANC ibu hamil trimester I menggunakan teknik total sampling. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu tidak mengalami KEK (71,9%), usia tidak berisiko (68,4%), dan status gizi ibu hamil tidak anemia (57,9%). Secara statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil (p= 0,046) dan tidak ada hubungan usia dengan kejadian anemia ibu hamil (p= 0,119).

Several factors can cause anemia in pregnancy including gravid, age, parity, education level, economic status and Chronic Energy Deficiency status. Maternal nutritional status before and during pregnancy can affect the growth of the fetus being conceived. Knowledge of nutrition can affect a person's consumption, where the level of knowledge of nutrition will influence the selection of food ingredients that are appropriate, diverse, balanced, and healthy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation design. The research sample consisted of 57 data taken from the ANC register of first trimester pregnant women using total sampling technique. The results shows that mothers with no CED (71.9%), mother’s age not at risk (68.4%), and nutritional status of pregnant women with no anemia (57.9%). There is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women and there is no relationship between age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women
