PESANTREN SEHAT “DETEKSI DINI ANEMIA PADA REMAJA DI PESESANTREN KHOLIFATULLAH SINGOLODIRO LABAN KECAMATAN MOJOLABAN KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO JAWA TENGAH”

Abstract
Program Pesantren Sehat lahir untuk meningkatkan kesehatan santri melalui perbaikan sanitasi, akses layanan kesehatan, dan edukasi gizi. Anemia menjadi masalah utama remaja, khususnya santri putri, yang berdampak pada tumbuh kembang dan prestasi belajar. Deteksi dini anemia penting dilakukan di pesantren guna mendukung pencapaian SDGs dan mencegah dampak jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat bertema Pesantren Sehat: Deteksi Dini Anemia pada Remaja dilaksanakan di Pesantren Kholifatullah, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. Tujuan kegiatan ini mengidentifikasi secara dini kasus anemia, sehingga dapat dilakukan intervensi cepat dan tepat guna mencegah dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Metode pemeriksaan anemia pada remaja melalui skrining kadar hemoglobin. Responden terdiri dari remaja awal (9,4%), pertengahan (30,2%), dan akhir (60,4%). Dari 106 remaja putri, 63,2% memiliki hemoglobin normal, dan 36,8% tidak normal. Dapat disimpulkan Pesantren Sehat dengan fokus deteksi dini anemia adalah langkah penting untuk meningkatkan kesehatan remaja putri. Tingginya kasus anemia menunjukkan perlunya intervensi gizi dan edukasi berkelanjutan. Program ini berpotensi direplikasi di pesantren lain sebagai upaya mendukung SDGs.

The pesantren sehat (healthy islamic boarding school) program was established to improve the health of students (santri) through improved sanitation, access to health services, and nutrition education. Anemia has become a major health issue among adolescents, particularly female students, as it impacts their physical growth and academic performance. Early detection of anemia in pesantren is essential to support the achievement of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) and to prevent long-term impacts. Therefore, a community service program with the theme pesantren sehat: early detection of anemia in adolescents was carried out at pesantren kholifatullah, mojolaban, sukoharjo. The aim of this program was to identify anemia cases early so that quick and appropriate interventions can be taken to prevent the negative impacts caused. Anemia screening among adolescents through hemoglobin level testing. The result showed that respondents consisted of early adolescents (9.4%), middle adolescents (30.2%), and late adolescents (60.4%). Of the 106 female adolescents, 63.2% had normal hemoglobin levels, and 36.8% had abnormal levels. It can be conclude that Pesantren sehat, with a focus on early detection of anemia, is an important step to improve the health of adolescent girls. The high prevalence of anemia indicates the need for ongoing nutritional interventions and health education. This program has the potential to be replicated in other pesantren as part of efforts to support the SDGs.
