Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Naskah belum pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dan tidak sedang dalam pertimbangan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal lain (atau sudah dijelaskan dalam Komentar kepada Editor).
  • File naskah dalam format dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, atau RTF.
  • Referensi yang dapat diakses online telah dituliskan URL-nya.
  • Naskah diketik dengan teks 1 spasi; font 12; menggunakan huruf miring, bukan huruf bergaris bawah (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar, dan tabel diletakkan dalam teks pada tempat yang diharapkan, bukan dikelompokkan tersendiri di akhir naskah.
  • Naskah mengikuti aturan gaya selingkung dan bibliografi yang disyaratkan dalam Panduan Penulis.

Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

  1. General Requirements

    The minimum standard requirements of Abdimas Kosala : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat must be :

    1. Written in Indonesian Language.
    2. The length of the submitted paper is no more than 10 pages. Editors will evaluate if the paper needs more than 10 pages.
    3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting.
    4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Template Abdimas Kosala : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat
    5. References. A minimum of 10 references consist of books and scientific journals. published last 10 years

  2. Types and structure of acceptable manuscript

    1. Community Service
      1. Title
      2. author’s name
      3. affiliated institution
      4. Abstract, written in Indonesian Language and English is between 150 and 250 words, containing the background, objectives, subject research, methods, results and conclusions. Keywords are 2-6 words.
      5. Correspondence: Name of corresponding author, institution, address, telephone number, email address.
      6. Background (ending with objectives)
      7. Methods
      8. Subject of community service
      9. Results
      10. Discussion (including community service results, driving and inhibiting factors, and changes that occur)
      11. Conclusion
      12. Suggestions
      13. References
    2. Writing format

      1. Manuscript is computer typed with Microsoft Word (.doc), Arial typeface of 11 pt., single spaced, and approximately 12-20 pages length. Paper size is A4 with margins of 2cm.

        Font size

        Title : 12 pt
        Author’s name : 11 pt
        Abstract : 10 pt, single spaced
        Correspondence : 10 pt
        Content : 11 pt
        Tittle of table/figure : 10 pt
        Content of table : 9 pt
      2. Manuscript must clearly include:
        1. Tittle (brief and clear, no more than 15 words)
        2. Author’s full name, without tittles
        3. Affiliated institutions
      3. Writing of chapter and sub chapter must follow the sequence as follows:
        1. LEVEL 1 (UPPERCASE, Bold, Centered)
        2. Level 2 (UPPERCASE, Bold, Left Indented)
        3. Non-Indonesian words are written in italic
