Mental health or mental emotional health is a condition of someone who continues to grow and maintain harmony in self-control, and free from serious stress. Advances in technology bring changes in people’s lifestyle and change in way of thinking that have consequences in mental health because not everyone can adjust, the result will be to couse tension and a tendency to increase mental health disorders. In Indonesia the number of cases of mental disorderes continues to grow which has an impact on increasing the country’s burden and decreasing human productivity. The Aim of the Study. To determine the factors that influence the mental emotional health of the community. Subject and Method. The subjects were residents of Dukuh Gumuk Sari and Gerjen, Pucangan, Kartasura. This is analytic research with correlation design, statistical test with logistic regression. Results. There is an influence of somatic factors (p value= 0.000 and OR=50,708), socio-cultural factors (p value= 0.004 and OR= 7,054) and psychological factors (p value= 0.058 and OR=3,800) on mental emotional health of the community. Conclusion. Somatic, socio-cultural and psychologic factors together have an influence on the emotional mental health of the community. Based on data from the Health Profile of Central Java Province on 2017, the proportion of diarrhea cases handled in Central Java in 2017 was 55.8%, the highest incidence of diarrhea was handled in Magelang, Surakarta and Sukoharjo. Factors that influence the occurrence of diarrhea include nutritional status, socioeconomic, health information, socio-culture, food sanitation, allergies and digestive tract infections. Research Objective. To find the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea. Subjects and Methods. Subject Population of mothers and toddlers, in Posyandu Kadilangu Village with 57 samples. Method is non-experimental research with correlation approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire, analyzed using chi square. Results. All factors are influence diarhhea, nutritional status (p = 0.046), food sanitation (p = 0.001), socioeconomic (p = 0.001) and health information (p = 0.001). Conclusion. There is a relationship between nutritional status, food sanitation, socioeconomic and health information with the incidence of diarrhea. School-age children who are the next generation are among the groups that are vulnerable to Covid-19, the cases of children confirmed positive for Covid-19 in Indonesia are still very high at around 7.2%. The Aim of The Study. Knowing the relationship between knowledge and Covid 19 prevention behavior in school-age children in South Jakarta. Subjects and Methods. This study used an observational analytic method with a correlational design. The subjects of this study were elementary school children in grades 4 to 6, the sample was taken using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation. Results. The majority of respondents have good knowledge, which is 58% and the majority of respondents have poor behavior in preventing Covid-19, which is as much as 78%. There is a relationship between knowledge and Covid-19 prevention behavior in school-age children (p = 0.001). Conclusion. There is a relationship between knowledge and Covid-19 prevention behavior in school-age children in South Jakarta. The premarital sexual behavior is still dominating the debate in terms of morality, psychological, and physicaly. The premarital sex behavior in adolescents is associated with the low rate of contraceptive uses and they are tend to have many sexual partners at an earlier ages. Unsafe sex is the second most important of the risk factor for disability and death. The premarital sex behavior in adolescents increased during 20th century. Related to the above, it is necessary research conducted on the relation the self-esteem, the religiousity and the level of reproductive health knowledge with the premarital sexual behavior in the adolescents. Research Objectives. To analyze the factors that influence premarital sex behavior in adolescents. Research Subjects. The respondents were 219 AKPER Panti Kosala students. Results. By the multivariate tests that show the result there was any a relation between the self-esteem with the premarital sexual behavior (p=0.041;p <0.05), there was any a relation between the religiousity with the premarital sexual behavior (p=0.020; p<0.005), there was any a relation between the reproductive health knowledge with the premarital sexual behavior (p=0.017;p<0.05). Conclusion. The variables of the self-esteem, religiousity and the level of reproductive health knowledge are having affect of the premarital sexual behavior with the Negelkerke R Square value is 21.9% and the remain of 78.1% that influenced by other variables have not examined yet. One cause of death of women in Indonesia is cancer, one of which is cervical cancer. According to the 2013 Riskesdas data the incidence of cancer in Central Java was 2.1% with 1.2% being cervical cancer. Cervical cancer swallows many female victims in Indonesia, although it should be prevented by making efforts to prevent and detect early, one of them by carrying out a pap smear examination. The Aim of the Study. Knowing the factors that affecting motivation conducting pap smear examination in woman of childbearing age. Subject and Method. The research was analytic correlation design. The population in this study were women of childbearing age in the village of Wiragunan in September 2019 to March 2020 totaling 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling technique. The results of the study were analyzed using the Chi-Square Correlation Test. Result. Respondents with high knowledge were 44 (73.33%), who had low knowledge of 16 respondents (26.67%). High family support there are 43 respondents (71.67%), low family support 17 respondents (28.33%). While respondents with high motivation 42 (70%) and low motivation 18 (30%). The results of the Chi Square analysis of the level of knowledge (p = 0.001), family support (p = 0.001) on the motivation to do the pap smear. Conclusion. There is a relationship of knowledge about cervical cancer with the motivation to conduct pap smears in women of childbearing age. And there is a relationship of family support with the motivation to do a pap smear test on women of childbearing age. Insomnia is a complaint that often occurs in the elderly, if not resolved it can reduce the quality of life of the elderly. Proper handling can improve the quality of life of the elderly. The Aim of The Study. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Swedish massage on sleep quality and the level of insomnia in the elderly. Subjects and Methods. The research design used quasi experiment non equivalent control group pretest-post test. The number of samples in this study were 62 people who were taken randomly, divided into an intervention group of 37 peoples who were given swedish massage therapy for 7 days and a control group of 25 peoples who were given worship therapy 2x a week, before and after the intervention vital signs were measured. Research analysis using binary logistic and t test difference. Results. The results of binary logistic analysis and multiple linear regression showed a significant effect between swedish massage therapy on sleep quality on day 7 and the level of insomnia (p value <0.05). Conclusion. There is an effect of swedish massage on sleep quality and insomnia levels in the elderly.
